Oolithe, 2022 accessories sous-bois and floral hintsOn the more mineral, livelier side of orange, the wine takes on the characteristics of its oolitic limestone terroir. Combining grapes from 25 year old vines Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewrztraminer, Auxerrois & Pinot Blanc, four days skin contact and stainless steel aging keeps things fresh, but a bounty of aromatics are offered in apple, elderberry, lily and citrus. Spicy persistence defines the enticing finish.
